Do not let this company take your money
The appraiser came out with his girlfriend and I had to let her use the bathroom. Next he did his measurements and came up with a lot lower square footage than the house actually was. Then I informed him that I had custom made Kitchen Cabinets for the house and he had to ask me which room the cabinets were in!!! Then I even gave him 2 comparables to use and gave him directions. His appraisal took almost 3 weeks to get back to the bank and when it finally came in he was 25,000 dollars less than what the appraised value was just for the house plans 1 1/2 yr prior (we added 400 additonal sq ft). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
